Eight of 10 Moldovans quit their job because they do not feel appreciated. The fact is shown by the data of a sociological study conducted recently.Â
Young people are the ones most quiting their jobs, but at the same there are also Moldovans who have never quited their workplaces.
Changes in the labor market have become frequent with the transition to a market economy.
"The services sector along with trade and private sector, the mobility is generally increasing" , Â said sociologist, Vasile Cantarji.
The study SBS AXA says that people are leaving their jobs for various reasons.
63-per-cent of employees leave because of low salaries. 47% are dissatisfied with the overloaded work schedule, 45-per-cent quit because of lack of opportunities for career progression and 36-per-cent because of the stressful atmosphere at work.
Psychologists say that job change are recommended when stressful situations are common.
"There is a risk of psychological sickness, when we no longer have interest, motivation to work" , Â said psychologist Liliana Chisari.
Those who are faithful to a single post job, receive massive satisfaction of their profession, explain the psychologists.
