The mothers of the newborns from Sangerei maternity ward benefited of A new life campaign of Vlad Plahotniuc's foundation, Edelweiss.

The mothers appreciated the gesture.

"We are glad we are parents. We wanted this child a lot."

"It is the first time when we receive such presents."

"I am very happy. I couldn't look forward. I had great feelings."

The representative of the local authorities say that the campaign of Edelweiss foundation is welcomed.

"It is a great gesture for the whole country.  It is a great idea of Vlad Plahotniuc", said Gheorghe Brasovschi, the mayor of Sangerei town.

Yearly, 500 children are born at Sangerei maternity ward.

"I appreciate this project a lot. It supports the newborns and their mothers. It is a great initiative", said Lilian Branza, the director of Sangerei hospital.

"It is a honor for us to support you in such an important moment for you", said Lidia Cucor, deputy director of Edelweiss foundation.

Over 15 000 newborns from all over the country benefited of A new life campaign of Edelweiss foundation.

The project is implemented in 24 hospitals from all over the country.
