Cinema in the courtyard of the Assumption Church of the Botanica District of Chişinău. Tonight, around 300 parishioners will be able to watch for the first time the native film "Resilience".
The idea of the film, lasting 18 minutes, belongs to the priest Sergiu Curnic and presents repressions through which the Orthodox Church passed during the Soviet period.
The film was recorded in Moldova in 2016 and was directed by Mihai Ţărnă.
The project was carried out in collaboration with a production house in France and supported by the French Embassy in our country. Last year, the short film won several awards at various international competitions.
