An exposition of folk costumes takes place in the Republican Palace, as well as in another 45 settlements from Republic of Moldova.

Visitors will have the chance to learn how folk costumes are made, within some workshops, while folk music will be heard, provided by "Lăutarii", "Folclor" orchestras, by Alex Calancea Band and Lupii band.

In districts, parades of folk costumes and spectacles will be held, while in Tabani village, Briceni the 3rd edition of "Lada cu zestre" Festival will take place. Starting 2015, the National Day of the Folk Costume is held on the last Sunday of June.
