According to the latest report by the Education Ministry, in the period September - December 2019, education employees identified 4738 suspected cases of physical and emotional violence, neglect, sexual harassment and bullying. Over 50% of the total number of child abuse cases in school are reported by teachers.

According to data presented by the Ministry of Education, most children have suffered from physical violence. Besides, in the educational institutions, in just four months, 17 cases of sexual abuse against minors were registered.
