In Râşcani sector from the Capital, after washing the dumpsters platform, the dirty water has ended up running down the neighbor's yards. The pictures were provided by a Publika TV spectator who sent them to our editorial office.

"There are children running around! Let's clean our yard and throw the trash in the neighbor's, no?" an eyewitness declared.

The man who filmed the incident has also confessed that it is not for the first time that the neighbors do such a thing.
