Behind the Nativity Cathedral from the Capital an additional structure will be built, meant for Church's employees. Chisinau Municipal Council has approved, at their session from October 31, the concept of the future building, wrote IPN.

Temporary Mayor, Nistor Grozavu said during the project's scheme presentation that at the moment, priests need to change their clothes in trolleys installed near the Cathedral, as they lack the proper palce to do it.

The additional construction will also contain a room meant to greet delegations.

The new building will occupy 700 square meters and will be 6,5 meters tall. The project also foresaw a fence around it, but at the Communist Deputy Vasile Chirtoca suggestion, it will not be installed.
