New evidence revealed in crime committed eight years ago. Police finally found the guilty

A crime committed in 2010 was revealed. It all came to light when, in March 2018, the police received information about the persons and circumstances in which they committed the crime.
The suspects were identified, these being two men, aged 29, from Drochia district, known to the victim. One of them was detained, and the other was found in jail, in the Prison of Cricova, being sentenced in 2013 for theft of large proportions.
The suspects acknowledged their blame and told the police that they had some alcohol with the victim, and after that, a conflict broke out between them. The two beat their friend until they killed him. To hide the traces of the crime, they buried the body near Petreni village, Drochia district. The law people have detected and lifted the victim's bones.
If found guilty, they risk between 10 and 15 years behind bars or life imprisonment.
