New evidence revealed within pupils poisoning from Tohatin village

The massive poisoning of the pupils from No.74 gymnasium, that took place yesterday in Tohatin village from Chisinau was caused by norovirus. This was announced by the National Agency for Public Health.
The conclusion was made after the laboratory results.
"The norovirus is a group of contagious viruses that cause vomiting and diarrhea. The norovirus can be transmitted from a person to another one, but through food, water, as a result of not respecting hygiene rules", was written in the press release of ANSP.
The specialists say that pupils didn't get poisoned because of the water, writes ziarulnational.md.
We remind that last week, 12 pupils of Tohatin have been hospitalized. The municipal authorities suspended the activity of the factory delivering food.
