Prime Minister Pavel Filip today made a movement asking the Parliament to set the Government structure as priority in administration reform.

The new structure of Government includes the following Ministries:

Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure

Ministry of Finance

Ministry of Justice

Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration

Ministry of Interior

Ministry of Defence

Ministry of Education, Culture and Research

Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection

Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment

Accordingly,

The Economy Ministry will take over the fields of activity from the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure, the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications, as well as the construction field from the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction, renamed the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure.

The Ministry of Culture renamed Ministry of Education, Culture and Research will take over the fields of activity from the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Youth and Sport and the research field from the Academy of Sciences of Moldova.
