A new law to control real estate agents might appear in Moldova.

A request on this topic was already made at the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure by specialists from the field.

"A real estate agent gains a 3% commission from the livings space market price, but there is no legal way to prove it. We try to create a law by which real estate agents can declare this income" spokesman from Union of Real Estate Agencies, Victori Nonii declared.

The issue of real estate market was discussed during a meeting abroad. Member of the Romanian Association of Real Estate Agencies,  Iliana Preda, present at the event stated that it is a necessity to create a law that helps state the final price. 

Union of Real Estate Agencies from Moldova, at the moment, has over 1 000 members.
