New multi-functional center opened in CĂUȘENI
New multi-functional center has started its work to benefit 84 thousand inhabitants of Căuşeni district.
"It was not convenient, people argued and there were long queues. It's much nicer now".
"It's easier, you get your number and wait for it on the monitor, you know how long you should wait. I'm happy with the service and how it works."
21 operators will be at the counter.
"The conditions are good for us and for the citizens. The room is great."
Seven millions of lei, money allocated from the budget of the Public Services Agency, has been spent on setting up the counter.
New announcement also comes for clients.
"Citizens can make schedule online on asp.gov.md to avoid queues, especially in summer season", said Sergiu Răilenau, director of the Public Services Agency.
"We are glad that we have these functional centers, where people can benefit from quality services, and last but not least, we enjoy a good image for those who govern and manage the district," said Căuşeni president Nicolae Gorban.
PDM deputy Sergiu Sîrbu was also at the opening of the center.
"It's success for our country, because neither our neighbors nor many European countries have reached such a digitization and performance. Let us now find only well-trained officials to fill all these jobs," said PDM deputy, Sergiu Sîrbu.
More 18 multi-functional centers will be opened in the next few months in Moldova.
