The heat providers will be obliged to pay compensations for breaking the installations of heat distributions. Also, the companies should announce two weeks earlier about repair works of the networks.

The new rules are provided by the project according to quality indicators of the heat services. The document is discussed today by the National Agency for Energy Regulation. The project also provides that the mounting works of the equipment will take more than 12 hours.

 At the same time, the heat provider will inform ANRE about the incidents that took place. But, in the case the information will be erroneous, the provider will apply sanctions.
