New unique counter opened in Cahul. What facilities does it have?
The second unique counter for documents release was opened in Cahul. There, people can benefit of approximately one thousand public services. The construction works o the center were worth two million lei, money allocated from the Public Services Agency budget.
If somebody wants to benefit of a certain service, all they should do is just to press a button and they receive a ticket.
People say that they save money and time.
"It is good that we don't have to walk around. This way we save money and time."
"It can't be better than this. I noticed that there is a waiting rooms. It is like in Europe."
The unique counter from Cahul is better arranged than the one from Straseni. This one has a new service. Now, the future drivers can pass the driving exam here.
"On Tuesday and Thursday everybody comes here and passes the test and then, they have the practical test."
There is a modern polygon for the practical test.
"The polygon is a modern one. It is easier to pass the test on it", said Valeriu Niculencov, the chief of the matriculation section.
Thus, the unique counters will be opened in all the districts.
"There will be three unique counters in Chisinau. Next week we will install the counters in Comrat and Octina. In a week, we will install those in Sangerei, Ceadar-Lunga. We aim to provide an easier life for the citizens", said Sergiu Raileanu, the director of Public Services Agency.
At the opening came officials too.
"The citizens don't have to go to a lot of instances to make their documents. Now they have the multi task counters", said Elena Bacalu, PDM deputy.
The Public Services Agency was created by the Government at the end of April.
