The opinions of Nicu Popescu and Mihai Popsoi deputies regarding the vote within APCE are different. Popsioi says that h voted against Russia to come back in the European Council. Popsoi says he is against that, while Nicu Popescu has another opinion.

Nicu Popescu, the minister of Foreign Affairs reiterates that he is not responsible for the declarations of the MPs. Also, he can't give any recommendations.

"The MPs are our chiefs and we are theirs. The Minister of Foreign Affairs. What about the APCE, they didn't have any recommendations for the MPs", said Popescu.

Mihai Popsoi PAS deputy, the colleague of Nicu Popescu said:

"I vote against it, especially because I talked with the party and I am acknowledged with the opinion of the party about it."

As a result, Mihai Popsoi is the only MP who voted against, while Andrei Nastase voted for it.

Andrei Nastase's vote was criticized by politics analysts and colleagues from the Parliament. Many influencers said that the vote of PPDA and APCE influence a lot Moldova, because Russia lost this vote in 2014, after the annexed Crimea.
