Minister of Finance, Octavian Armaşu, declared during last evening's Fabrika that First House 2 Program, meant for public servants, will be ready for implementation in a month.

According to the official, one of the condition is that the employees must have a clean record. While to combat abuse, people will be able to apply for the program online.

"All employees working for the public sector will submit the request on a webpage that will be made public. The requests will be analyzed based on the first come, first serve basis. This way, chiefs from various levels will not be able to interfere" Minister Octavian Armaşu explained.

Minister of Finance also declared that cheaters will not be admitted to the program.

"If the person paid for the loan in advance, it means their financial situation improved. They most likely will no longer need the subventions and we will be able to give it to someone else. If the person contacts the bank to shorten the mortgage loan from 25 years to less, we will still calculate the loan for 300 months from the 25 years" Octavian Armaşu said.

Economic experts are surge that this is only the beginning and that the program will further develop.
