Nicolae Panfil is a teacher from Hancesti who is retired but still works. For more than 40 years, the man teaches music.

The children motivate him not to leave his job.

"I like the children very much. Being a teacher makes me contribute to the development of the society, this is why I like it that much."

The man is very active. He leads a folk band from the city. Nicolae Planfil says that he will always love his job.

"To be a teacher is my fate."

Vera Topala from Baius village, Leova district says that being retired is not boring at all. After she was a tutor for 40 years, she remained in the village to be a guard of the institution.

"Now I feel good and able to work. I like the kindergarten very much. Also, I like the children."
