The on-line shopping is more risky. Starting this year, 30 complains have been made at the agency for costumer's rights. The number is two times higher than the previous year. This is why, the "Buy wisely" campaign was launched.
A man wanted to buy a laptop for his daughter.
"We analyzed the on-line offers and decided to buy a laptop", said Vladimir, victim of on-line shopping.
We signed a contract and I offered a 300 Euro advance. Soon, the representatives of a company called them and proposed some services. It seemed suspicious for the man.
"They told me something about the keyboard and I didn't agree with it. I asked them to return my advance", said Vladimir.
As the company refused to return the money, the man addressed to the Agency for Customer's Rights.
"The customer should be more attentive, while he buys something on-line", said Petru Molceanu, inspector at the National Agency for Customer's Rights.
In Moldova, there are 24 agencies, where people can do on-line shopping.
