One more dream became a reality. Melestean family is the one thousand family who benefited of First House project.

The couple bought a three rooms flat in Botania sector of the Capital. Even if they had the money, they took a loan for 13 years.

Melestean family know each other since they were students. For already four years, they are a family. Before, they were renting a flat.

Recently, they found a good flat and decided to apply to First House project so they can buy it. In a week their request was approved. They say that they have chosen this project, because it is very comfortable. 

"For a regular credit, the monthly rate we should pay is six thousand lei. Now, we should pay five thousand monthly", said Ion Melestean, beneficiary of the program.

Now, the young will renovate the flat and will move there.

"We will appeal a designer. When the project will be ready, we will start working on it."

The young family also wants to extend their family.

"I said we won't have any children until we have our ow house", said Patricia Melestean, Ion's wife.

Melestean family recommends other young to apply to this project too.

"This is one of the best reforms of the Government. It has a positive impact on society", said the man.

"It is better to stay home than in another country", said the woman.

The next year, the authorities think that number of applicants will be higher.
