The second person suspected of murdering a man in front of a nightclub in the Capital was arrested for 30 days.

"The court has ordered to allow the prosecutor's request and a precautionary preventive measure to arrest the accused Ignat Aurel Ion for 30 days."

Aurel Ignat's lawyer says he is not guilty and only a response to the blows. Defense will appeal the court's decision.

"He does not deny that he was there, but the actions do not confirm the charge. He responded to blows", said Oleg Lozan, lawyer.
