One of the individuals who forced two young men to a gas station in Calarasi was sent to the penitentiary to execute a final sentence of 22 years and five months imprisonment in a closed penitentiary.
The closure was ordered by the Chisinau District Court, Buiucani Office, which accepted the Ministry of Justice's request to recognize and enforce on the territory of the Republic of Moldova the sentence of the Court of Appeal of Jurists in Venice (Italy) from 2015.

At present, the criminal case of accusing the defendant of committing aggravating hooliganism is pending at the Straseni Court, which is due to rule on his guilty and for this indictment.
If his guilt is proven, his punishment risks rising for another 7 years.
Together with the accused, compatriots and his accomplices who are at risk from 3 to 7 years of imprisonment will be on the bench.
