Over 2 700 seamstresses are being sought on the labor market, which is 12% of the total available vacancies. Some are ready to hire students, people with disabilities or pensioners, as well as train those who have no experience in the field.

Most vacancies, around 900, are in Chisinau. Second place in Bălţi, where around 340 jobs are available. 300 seamstresses are sought in Sângerei and another 250 in Floreşti.

Vacancies are also available in Soroca,  Găgăuzia, Cahul and Străşeni.

According to National Employment Agency of Moldova (ANOFM), employers offer salaries between 1 000 and 5 800 lei. While the maximum salary reaches to 8 000 lei.
