Over 260 young have already bought flats due to Firs House program. Other two requests were accepted and 17 are processed.

Of the total number of loans, 14 have been offered to the public sector, as the Government pays a half of the price.

Pavel Filip prime minister wrote on Facebook that due to this project, the Governance wants to keep the young in Moldova.

The program provides good facilities for the large families. The Government pays between 10 and 100% of the cost of the houses in accordance with the number of children.

The cost of the houses exceeded 140 million lei.

The majority of the beneficiaries are young families and a third are not married.

The average age of the applicants is 31.

First House project has been launched on March 26, at the initiative of Pavel Filip.
