3871 of 4031 applications registered since the launch of the First House State Program were accepted with 3871 homes were purchased.

The total amount of loans granted by banks is 1,937,588,881.86 lei, and the total value of the active guarantees is 968,794,440.93 lei.

2720 beneficiaries are families, 1151 are single young people. The average age of the applicants is 31.3 years. Among of them, 516 persons benefit from First House 2 intended for state sector employees.   

The average area of the homes purchased through the Program is 60,054 m.p., and their average value - 591.2 thousand MDL. Most of them (3630) are in urban areas. 

3563 homes purchased are apartments, and 308 are individual dwellings. Most homes were purchased in Chisinau and Balti, UTA Găgăuzia and Cahul district.
