Paintings by Romanian Adrian Ghenie, on display at New York art gallery
Twelve new paintings and five collages by famous Romanian artist Adrian Ghenie will go on display at the Pace Gallery in New York this January, according to Romania-Insider.com.
The exhibition, called Adrian Ghenie: Recent Paintings, will stay open from January 19 to February 18, 2017.
“The exhibition will mark Ghenie’s first solo show in New York in almost four years and will feature the third version of the painting The Storm (2016). The new paintings illustrate the progression of Ghenie’s works towards greater and greater abstraction,” reads the event’s presentation on the Pace Gallery website.
