Debates concerning electoral system modification continued today in Parliament. Participants discuss the recommendations of the Venice Commission. Accordingly, they advocated on the voting of citizens from abroad as well as those from Transnistrian region.

PDM Deputy Sergiu Sîrbu said the state register of left-Nistru voters who have Moldovan Green Card would be used in creating the constituencies. Likewise,  the borders of the Transnistrian constituencies will be delimited. 

The draft law on mixed system was voted in First reading. The document stipulated that 50 deputies to be elected from party lists and 51 - directly by citizens.
