The electoral campaign started with the left. This is the candidate of the PAS-PPDA block in the 18th district of Orhei, Valeriu Munteanu. He was booed and embittered by the supporters of the Sor party. While sharing leaflets with his team, more people chanted "Outside from Orhei!"

The incident was caught in a live broadcast on Facebook. A member of Munteanu's team would be left with the broken jacket.

"They broke the short, it costs money, I bought it, I did not take it out of my pocket, please call 112. I go to the police".

The former deputy chairman of the Liberal Party, Valeriu Munteanu, is running in the 18th district, which includes several villages from Orhei and Calarasi districts. Vasile Costin, from DPM, Svetlana Capatina from the Communists, Mihail Catraniuc from the Socialist Party, as well as the mayor deprived of Orhei, Ilan Sor, will fight on the same constituency.
