The socialists didn't come at the negotiations with ACUM. The members of PAS and PPDA have been waiting for an hour and a half. Then, Mihai Popsoi, the vice president of PAS announced that the socialists ignored their invitation.

"ACUM bloc informs that PSRM didn't come to discuss about the political situation and the snap election. They don't want to discuss about voting for the anti-oligarchic laws and for a new Government.

We reiterate the common position of the two parties: We are ready to vote for a socialist president of the Parliament if they vote for the anti-oligarchic laws proposed by us", declared Popsoi.

We remind that yesterday, ACUM bloc invited the socialists at the negotiations, to talk about a government majority. This happened after Andrei Nastase gave up on the speaker office. Hovewer, Nastase said it clear that they don't want Zinaida Greceanii to be the president of the Parliament.

Then, Ion Ceban, the secretary of PSRM said that they are waiting for a common position from PAS and PPDA.

"At this moment, ACUM member parties have different positions. We are waiting for a common opinion. Our answer depends on their", mentioned Ion Ceban, PSRM state secretary.
