PAS decides to give in Socialists post of Parliament speaker which was wanted by Andrei Nastase
PAS is ready to give Socialists the post of Parliament Speaker, announces the political faction on Facebook after PAS Political Council took take this evening.
"With 46 YEA and 1 NAY of 47 members present, we have taken a difficult decision to unblock the actual political situation and offered Moldova a legitimate and democratic government.
PAS Political Council decided to assume a government now and vote on the entire package of de-oligarchs to remove captive institutions following the vote of a speaker proposed by PSRM", quotes PAS message.
Meanwhile, PAS deputies hope that their partner, DA party, will share this decision.
Andrei Nastase, who wanted to be Parliament chairman within a PAS-DA agreement, has not commented on this decision.
On Tuesday, PPDA leader said he was not ready to give up the post of Parliament Spekaer.
"We need to be assured that a ACUM speaker will be placed on agenda of de-oligarch package, decision regarding institution activity and local elections", said Nastase.
ACUM signed an agreement in electoral campaign that they would not make alliance with PSRM.
