PAS Party submitted in 2017 at the General Prosecution a criminal case against the president Igor Dodon which they accused of Homeland Betrayal and hateful incitement of the people, according to Telegraph.
In the case, PAS representatives have presented all president's actions which they consider illegal and against any constitutional provisions and that match all the high-mentioned elements.
'There are much more actions made by the president Igor Dodon that match these articles. In the Homeland Betrayal case we identified and showed at least six of them', mentioned Sergiu Litvinenco, PAS lawyer.
Also, PAS representative mentioned that he hopes for an ending of the case, because the institution is paid from the public money even though, accodring to them, they are 'politically controlled.
