A number of state institutions will no longer require the Counterfeit Compendium. According to the official, citizens of the Republic of Moldova should not be turned into postmen.

We do not have to make citizens a kind of postman who took the certificates from an institution to present them to another.
We do not write letters to the Post Office, but we write electronic letters, just as the exchange of certificates should be", said Prime Minister Pavel Filip.
