Pavel Filip about First House 3: The families with four children will benefit of 100% discount

Today, within a briefing of the Democratic Party from Moldova, Pavel Filip talked about First House 3 project.
"The First House 3 is a an extension of First House project. I want to remind that this project is for the young as the surveys show that they leave Moldova because they can't afford a house.
The ones employed in the public system will benefit of 50% discounts. Here we don't talk about the interest rate, but about the cost of the flat.
The new idea comes to support the large families. The families who have just a kid will benefit of 10% discount. The ones with two children 20%. The one with three children 50% and the one with four children 100%. And again, here we mention the cost of the flat not the interest rate", said Pavel Filip the prime minister.
The costs of the flat will be payed within 18 years. The project will be approved within two weeks.
