Pavel Filip and Dirk Wiese, federal coordinator for relations with Russia, Central Asia and the countries of the Eastern Partnership held meeting
The evolution of solving the transnistrean conflict and the current situation of the European Integration path have been discussed today by Pavel Filip, the prime minister of Moldova and Dirk Wiese, the federal coordinator for relations with Russia, Central Asia and the countries of the Eastern Partnership, within the visit of the Moldovan official in Minsk.
The meeting took place within the reunion of the Main group that targets to solve security problems from Munchen.
Pavel Filip appreciated the relationship between Moldova and Gemany and thanked them for their support in solving the transnistrean conflict, especially for supporting the resolution regarding the withdrawal of the Russian troops from the left bank of Nistru.
In this context, Pavel Filip highlighted that the European Integration is a priority for Moldova and the Government is sure in the implementation of the Association Agreement with the EU. Dirk Wiese appreciated the reforms of our country in this sense.
The parts exchanged their opinions regarding the Moldo-Germany cooperation in such fields as: security, education.
At the end of the meeting, the prime minister Pavel Filip invited Dirk Wiese to visit Moldova. The invitation was accepted, thus the German official will visit us at the beginning of the next year.
