Prime Minister Pavel Filip had a telephone conversation today with the Prime Minister of Georgia, Mamuka Bakhtadze. The Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers of Chisinau congratulated Mamuka Bakhtadze on his appointment as Prime Minister and reaffirmed the willingness to work jointly to strengthen the Moldovan-Georgian dialogue in areas of common interest.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Pavel Filip invited his Georgian counterpart to attend the meeting of GUAM member countries' prime ministers to be held in Chisinau in the near future.
The parties appreciated the dynamics of Moldovan-Georgian relations, noting the importance of continuing the constructive political dialogue, which has advanced to the highest level in the past two years.
