The delay to create a parliamentary majority and a new Government doesn't disturb the good management of the country. This opinion belongs to prime-minister Pavel Filip. According to the official, the state secretaries will provide a good management of the ministries, regardless the day when the new Government members will be named. 

"I assure you that the management quality will not suffer. Regardless how long will it take for the negotiations to form a new Government, the structure that we have know will do a great job", said Pavel Filip prime minister.

 "Now we have such an institution as the Institute of the State secretaries who are constant, they do not change when the Government's members change. We organized the things in such a way that the work they do is more efficient."

When the journalist asked him if he thinks of another prime-minister mandate, he said that it is too early to talk on this topic. 

"We didn't talk about the new prime-minister. A further majority government topic is more important. For us party, it is not that important who and what office will hold. It is certain that the prime minister can't solve everything by himself. We can only manage the things by working in a team. Only God knows how to manage everything. 

According to the Constitution, the Cabinet of Ministers exercise their mandate until the day when the elections are declared valid. Now, the Government that we have is interim, which means that their power is limited and they can't vote for projects of law. They only manage the public politics.
