Yesterday, PCCOCS started searches to the homes of some people suspected of smuggling.

According to PCCOCS, the goods were transported in Ukraine by boat. Thus, the suspects were not paying taxes on these goods.

The suspects aged between 23 and 51 were caught while evolving the smuggling. They have been detained.

The policemen seized goods worth 2.500.000 lei. The suspects risk up to 10 years behind the bars.
