PDM deputy Otilia Drăguțanu highlights 'tackle citizens issues' important in first working visit to Musteața village
Some newly-elected deputies already started working to keep their promises to citizens. PDM deputy Otilia Drăguțanu paid the first visit to Musteața village in Fălești district.
The deputy discussed with the locals road projects, the lack of potable water and renovation of wooden church in the locality.
There are two churches in Musteața village. The old one was built in 1757 but closed over 15 years ago.
The church's priest wants to renovate the holy place, however, the church needs to be first included in the state-protected monuments register.
Additionally, an approval is needed from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research.
Locals are repeatedly asking for the authorities' support.
Deputy Otilia Dragutanu promised to seek for solution.
"I will address our partners who are investing in our cultural heritage, especially tourism. They might introduce this church into the tourist tour", said PDM deputy Otilia Drăguţanu.
Head of Musteaţa village announced three road sections with six-kilometer-length would be repaired this year. They are not paved so it's extremely difficult to walk on.
People hope the local problems will be resolved as soon as possible.
"The politicians make promises but let the God implement them".
Otilia Drăguțanu also visited the medical center and post office in the locality.
"I and my colleagues consider it's important to visit the localities and talk to our people to see issue they are facing", said PDM deputy Otilia Drăguțanu.
