Democratic Party of Moldova call on political dialogue, announces PDM Deputy President Andrian Candu at a press conference. 

"PDM recently had a discussion with European Union Ambassadors the Moldovan crisis and solutions to be taken. 

Considering the laws and Constitutional Court decisions, at the moment, we are in a legal gridlock. On the one hand, Constitutional Court declares that Parliament to be dissolved, snap elections will take place in September. On the other hand, other deputies are insisting on certain actions which are very dangerous. I want to recall that we should act in accordance with rule of law. In order for the state to function, the Constitutional Court decisions should be followed. 

We think that the legal solutions are very little or at all. We can like them or not, the only authority in our country is Constitutional Court. We had lots of Court's decisions, some of which were contested by politicians or society. 

Majority of international reactions also point to the respect of rule of law. If they suggest us respect the law and rule of law, then we have to respect them, the law, the Constitution, Constitutional Court decisions. 

We also analyzed other states' experience. It seems that we lack the legal solutions and in order not to deepen it, we ask everybody to abstain certain actions. 

We're calling on parliamentary factions for dialogues to cope with this situation and to resolve this gridlock", said Andrian Candu.
