PDM requested Dumitru Robu to void his illegal order of starting a criminal dossier about so-called deeds of state power usurpation (DOC)
A group of PDM MPs, former members of Government, requested Dumitru Robu to void his illegal order of starting a criminal dossier about so-called deeds of state power usurpation. Otherwise the order will be contested in court at the beginning of the next week.
In the complaint addressed to Dumitru Robu and signed by Pavel Filip, Alexandru Jizdan, Monica Babuc and Nicolae Ciubuc is stated the fact that in Prosecutor General's communicate are mentioned representatives of the 'former governance'. Also, are stated a number of factual and legal reasons why Robu's order is illegal and must be voided.
As a legal basis of the illegal decision to start the criminal dossier is that Dumitru Robu could void the order of the previous Prosecutor General Igor Popa, who refused to start it by lacking crime elements, only based on a court decision, which did not exist.
We underline that PDM considers this criminal dossier as a political one, filed by governing politicians to reckon on the democratic opposition. It's noticeable that these ACUM-PSRM politicians don't even hesitate to openly give attorneys indications and to anticipate some processes which are under exclusive competence of the Prosecution General's Office.
PDM appealed diplomatic missions at Chisinau and international communities representatives to bring back our politicians in the constitutional field.
