The Ministry of Education, Culture and Research came up with solutions for the problems that affect the didactic staff. Therefore, the ministry approved a methodology regarding the distribution of the teaching staff time. According to this methodology, the number of hours that the teacher has to spend in school and what they have to spend for communicating with students and parents are proportionally quantified.
