An employee of the Minister of Economics and six other persons will appear at the court for illegally taking goods from the state. It is about the demolish of one of the buildings of the ''Giuvaier''  jewelry factory.

Viorel Morari, the Chief of the Anti-corruption Prosecutuion  announced that the prosecution was finished and the penal case was given to the magistrates.

The penal case was initiated after Pavel Filip told the anti-corruption prosecutors about the illegalities from the ''Giuvaier'' factory.

The prosecutors said the procedure of liquidation took place with deviations.

The founder of the factory is the Minister of Economy.

If found guilty, the suspects risk up to 118 thousand lei or six years in prison.
