People from Ialoveni will be able to request over 1 000 services from a single window. Recently inaugurated, the center allows people to avoid long lines and efficiently manage their time.
People claim that with the single window they will no longer need to visit 10 different locations to receive a document.
"It is more organized then elsewhere, even compared to the situation from Embassies" Corina Bîrsa said.
"It is better, there is an electronic line. We wait for our turn in peace. -How was it before? -We hand to stand in line, wasted a lot of time" Mariana Tonu said.
The single window is placed in the City's center, making it more accessible.
"People are more patient. We would serve around 20 people, now the number reaches to 40" employee Stela Gandrabur said.
The Government's reform also foresees reducing the fee for offered services.
"Bringing public services closer to the citizens and making them no longer be a chore of running from one office to another. It is made for the citizen's comfort" Minister of Education, Culture and Research, Monica Babuc said.
"People used to spend much time, money and nerves going from one office to another. Now, they need to go to a single place allowing them to save both time and money" Public Service Agency director, Sergiu Railean said.
The building also provides access and facilities for disabled people. At the same time, old people and mothers with children do not need to wait in line. Such windows will following be opened in all districts of the country.
