People glad about opening counter in Straseni: It is like in Europe
The first counter for perfecting and releasing documents was opened today in Straseni. From now, people will go to a single institution, where they will be able to benefit of a thousand public services. At the inauguration event participated the Prime Minister of Moldova, Pavel Filip.
"This is a very important thing, as it is one of the Government's target of this year. Its target is to be closer to people, through offering public services", said Pavel Filip.
Within the institution, there will work 21 employees. The arrangement costs of the counter are six million lei.
"The actual prices won't be changed. Instead, there were eliminated a list of documents that won't require to be paid anymore. Finally, they will save time and money for those services", said Sergiu Raileanu, the director of Public Service Agency.
The people are very glad they won't have to go to different institutions to benefit of those services:
"Now, it is like in Europe. You take the ticket and wait."
"It is very good for the old people and people with disabilities. It saves time and money."
The next counter will be placed in Ceadir-Lunga. After that, such centers will appear in other 32 districts and three in Chisinau.
The Agency of Public Services was created by the Government in April.
The new structure took the responsibilities of the State Registration Chamber, The Licensing Chamber, the State Enterprise "Cadastre" and Civil Status Service.
