In the past days, the TV channels that belong to Platon-Topa can't stop commenting on the declarations of a man from Sociteni village, Ialoveni district who held a meeting with Liviu Vovc, a candidate of Sandu-Nastase alliance.

According to Actual.md, the man says that the Moldovans are fools. He pretends to be a great specialist in roads infrastructure and trade.

What people don't know is that this man who was well-paid by Platon and Topa was previously sentenced for murder.

Pavel Luca, 58 is called "Castana" by the residents of Sociteni village. In 1998, he was sentenced to eight years behind the bars for murdering a man.

In 1995-1996, he was convicted for many other encroaches and also he was fined. He was also an alcoholic, but he treated himself.
