The zeppelin.md journalist, Veaceslav Balacci proves that Veaceslav Platon's lawyers' declarations are wrong.

Within the Fabrika talk-show broadcast by Publika TV, Balacci declared that in 2011, Platon withdraw the first 40 million USD from VictoriaBank's accounts.

The money were taken as a loan by Infoart company that belongs to the No.1 raider in CIS and were sent to the Trasta Komersbanka company accounts from Latvia.

"Zenit Management LP continues to do it. The money that were transfered from Latvia to VictoriaBank. There was a moment when we revealed the documents signed by Platon", said Veaceslav Balacci, zeppelin.md journalist.

The journalist also says that Platon left sufficient signatures on contracts, due to some things that occurred at one of the banks that he was controlling.

"In VictoriaBank, though he had bought it, Platon collided with an inside resistance. He had to have lengthy court trials, and he was dismissing the Board of Directors, no, and he was forced to take out the money only by signing these contacts and that and caught him", said Veaceslav Balacci, zeppelin.md journalist.
