National Patrol Inspectorate revealed that 30 persons were caught drunk driving, while another 244 were documented for speeding. 

During this weekend, over 1 100 drivers were pulled over by Patrol officers for breaching the traffic law, among them, 244 were speeding, while another 30 were drunk driving.

During this period of time, 11 car accidents took place, resulting in 1 deceased and 21 injured.

National Patrol Inspectorate warns that drunk driving, as well as speeding, are the main causes of road accidents.
