A police officer of the Chisinau Center Police Inspectorate and his mother will be sued for fraud.

During 2016-2017, the man planned a criminal scheme to steal the apartment of a neighbor.

Thus, due his profession, the man started to own a real estate book that indicated the right on the apartment. Then, the policeman and his mother made the man sign the selling-purchasing contract and to become the owner of the apartment.

The man had a mental disease and policeman and his mother took advantage of this and made him sign the contract. The apartment is worth 330 thousand lei.

The guilty are not allowed to leave the country. If found guilty, they risk up to 15 years in prison.
