POLL: Rating of DPM leader Vlad Plahotniuc increases considerably
The popularity of the President of the Democratic Party of Moldova, Vlad Plahotniuc is growing considerably. These are the data from a poll "Vox Populi", conducted by the Association of Sociologists and Demographers. On the other side, not only PAS and PPDA decrease in polls, but the leaders of these parties, Maia Sandu and Andrei Nastase, lose more and more popularity.
According to the poll "Vox Populi," the top of the politicians' confidence is led by the head of state, Igor Dodon, who enjoys the sympathy of over 49 percent of Moldovans.
However, compared to the summer study, Dodon loses the number of sympathizers. Premier Pavel Filip is second in the ranking of Moldovans' trust. The head of the government enjoys the support of 9.5 per cent of Moldovans.
A drastic drop from the survey conducted in November is PAS leader Maia Sandu, which posted a 7.5% share, down 3.5 percentage points.
The binomial colleague, PPDA leader Andrei Nastase, enjoys the sympathy of 6.4% of Moldovans, with almost half less than in the summer. The politician was even overtaken by PSRM president, Zinaida Greceanii, who is on the side of just over seven per cent of the voters.
The poll conducted by the Association of Sociologists and Demographers shows that Vlad Plahotniuc, DPM leader , is gaining ground. If one month ago, the president of the Democratic Party of Moldova enjoys the confidence of 4.6 percent of Moldovans, their share now increased to 6.3 percent. PCRM chairman Vladimir Voronin is at the top of the standings.
