Moldovan Post Office continues to deliver pensions to senior citizens so that they do not have to step out of their house during the state of emergency established by the Commission for Exceptional Situations.

The postal agents distributing the pensions were informed and instructed on the rules of protection and equipped with everything necessary to minimize the risk of infection with Covid-19. 

In some cases, they will be accompanied by the collaborators of the Internal Affairs Ministry in order to avoid unpleasant situations and to increase the security of the postmen.

According to a communiqué of the Post Office, 587,510 thousand pensioners already benefited from this service last month. This home delivery will be carried out until May 18.

All post offices in the country will continue to operate on a regular basis, from 8:00 to 17:00
