The second ballot shall take place two weeks after the date of the first ballot, the date being set by the CEC.

According to preliminary data, 1,364,597 voters participated in the elections for the position of President of the Republic of Moldova. In the country, the highest presence was registered in Ocnita district, where 47.41% of the citizens with the right to vote voted. The lowest rate was recorded in Basarabeasca district, there were 35.64% voter turnout of voters. 292,274 people voted in Chisinau.
